RizzDate — AI Dating Coach

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RizzDate (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy at /en/privacy, incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered in Turkey.
2. Definitions
Service means the RizzDate iOS app, Android app, website at /en/, and all features. User means any person who accesses or uses the Service. Account means a registered user profile. Coaching Content means conversation text, context descriptions, and situational information you input when requesting coaching suggestions. Third-Party Content means messages or information from other persons (matches, dates, contacts) that you choose to enter into the Service. Context Memory means the stored coaching history and preferences feature. AI Provider means the third-party AI service provider used to generate coaching suggestions.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. RizzDate involves romantic communication content that is not appropriate for minors. You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract and not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
4. Account Registration
An account is required to use RizzDate. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, notify app@icitech.com.tr of suspected unauthorized access, and maintain only one account.
5. What RizzDate Is and Is Not
RizzDate IS a personal AI coaching tool that helps you craft better messages, understand communication dynamics, build confidence, and practice conversational skills for dating and social contexts.
RizzDate IS NOT a dating app, matchmaking platform, or social network. It does not connect you with other users, facilitate romantic introductions, or operate in any way as a dating service. It does not guarantee any dating outcome, romantic result, or relationship success. It is a coaching companion — the decisions, messages, and relationships are entirely yours.
6. Ethical Coaching Commitment
RizzDate is built around responsible coaching. We commit to the following in every coaching suggestion we generate:
We do not teach manipulation, psychological pressure tactics, or deceptive strategies. We do not generate content designed to deceive or exploit another person's emotions. We do not produce "negging," "love bombing," or other pickup-artist tactics. We build genuine communication skills — clarity, confidence, and respect. Suggestions are designed to help you communicate more naturally, not to script you.
If you use RizzDate to generate content intended to deceive, manipulate, or harm another person, you are violating these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used in this manner.
7. Your Responsibilities for Third-Party Content
When you enter other people's messages into RizzDate (Third-Party Content), you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content for coaching purposes. You should share only what is necessary — avoid entering full conversation histories, contact details, or sensitive personal information about others unnecessarily. You understand that Third-Party Content is transmitted to our AI Provider for processing. You will not enter Third-Party Content that contains another person's financial information, health data, identification documents, or other highly sensitive personal data. Other people's messages belong to them — use this feature thoughtfully and with respect for their privacy.
8. AI Provider and Conversation Content
Coaching suggestions are generated by transmitting your Coaching Content to a third-party AI service provider. By using coaching features, you consent to this transmission. The identity and terms of our AI Provider are at /en/privacy/ai-provider. You understand that content transmitted to the AI Provider leaves our direct control during processing, subject to the AI Provider's own applicable data handling commitments.
9. Context Memory
Context Memory stores past coaching context to personalize future suggestions. Enabling Context Memory constitutes your consent to that storage. You can disable and clear Context Memory at any time in Settings → Memory → Clear All. Clearing Context Memory does not delete your account or other coaching history.
10. Free Trial and Subscription
RizzDate offers a 7-day free trial and paid subscription plans via App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). We never receive or store your payment card details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal period ends.
Cancel: iOS — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → RizzDate. Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RizzDate.
11. Acceptable Use
Use the Service for lawful personal coaching and communication skill-building in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Service if under 18; use coaching suggestions to deceive, manipulate, or harm another person; enter another person's sensitive personal data unnecessarily; create multiple accounts to abuse trials; reverse engineer the app or AI systems; use automated tools to interact with the Service; violate applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
All Company Content — including the RizzDate name, logo, app design, AI coaching engine, and software — is owned by or licensed to ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You own the messages you send in real life — we make no claim over your actual conversations.
14. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy at /en/privacy. For EEA/UK users, our GDPR Privacy Notice at /en/privacy/gdpr also applies.
15. Third-Party Services and Platforms
Apple App Store (iOS): These Terms are between you and ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support RizzDate. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Google Play (Android): Google Play is not a party to these Terms.
AI Provider: Our AI provider operates under its own terms. We are responsible for selecting a provider with appropriate data protections and for the terms of our processing relationship.
16. Availability and Changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI Provider availability affects coaching features. We may modify, suspend, or change AI providers with reasonable notice. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties including: that coaching suggestions will achieve any particular dating outcome; that AI-generated suggestions are always appropriate or accurate; that relationships formed using coaching will succeed; or uninterrupted operation.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Turkish law, ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be liable for: any romantic, social, or relationship outcome arising from use of the Service; harm caused to third parties by your use of coaching suggestions; indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or any damages exceeding the greater of (a) fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ₺500.
Nothing limits our liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Turkish law.
19. Indemnification
You indemnify ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. against claims arising from: your violation of these Terms; your use of coaching suggestions to manipulate or harm others; your breach of applicable law in using the Service.
20. Termination
Delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Cancel your subscription first. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, particularly for use of the Service to manipulate or deceive others.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including the Turkish Code of Obligations and Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502. Disputes subject to Istanbul (Çağlayan) court jurisdiction, subject to mandatory EEA/UK consumer rights. EEA and UK consumers retain mandatory local consumer protection rights.
22. Changes to These Terms
Material changes notified at least 14 days in advance. Current version at /en/terms.
23. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions are severed. Non-enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights; we may assign freely. English version prevails over translations.
