You have the right to delete your data from RizzDate at any time. This page explains what data we hold, how to delete it, and what limitations apply.
1. What Data RizzDate Holds

2. Important Note on AI Provider
When you submit coaching requests, conversation content is transmitted to our AI service provider. Once transmitted, that data is subject to the AI provider's own data handling and retention policies, which are disclosed at /en/privacy/ai-provider. Deleting your RizzDate account removes data from our systems but may not affect data already processed by the AI provider under their terms. If you have concerns about AI provider data, please review the AI provider's policies and contact them directly.
3. How to Delete Your Account
On iOS: Open RizzDate → Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm.
On Android: Open RizzDate → Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Server-side data is removed within 30 days of confirmation.
Before deleting: export any coaching history or progress you want to keep (Settings → Privacy → Export, where available), and cancel your subscription first (see Section 6).
4. What Gets Deleted
Within 30 days of account deletion: account credentials, all conversation and coaching content, all Context Memory data, confidence scores and progress, profile review data, push notification tokens (immediately).
Deleted automatically on a rolling basis: crash logs (12 months), usage analytics (12 months).
Not deleted on account deletion: subscription and transaction records (10 years per Turkish commercial law), support communications relevant to a dispute (up to 3 years).
5. Clearing Context Memory Without Deleting Account
You can clear all Context Memory at any time without deleting your account:
Settings → Memory → Clear All → Confirm.
Context Memory data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of clearing. Future coaching sessions will start without prior context until you build new memory.
6. Cancel Subscription Before Deleting
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel first.
iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → RizzDate → Cancel. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RizzDate → Cancel.
7. Third-Party Data
Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) hold your store account information independently — manage at https://privacy.apple.com or https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
Our AI provider processes coaching content under their own terms — see /en/privacy/ai-provider.
8. After Deletion
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your coaching history, progress data, and account cannot be recovered. Any coaching content already transmitted to the AI provider and processed under their terms is governed by their own policies.
9. Your Additional Privacy Rights
Access: email app@icitech.com.tr with subject "Data Access Request — RizzDate". Correct inaccurate data in-app or by contacting us. Export: Settings → Privacy → Export. Withdraw Context Memory consent: Settings → Memory → Clear All. Withdraw marketing consent: Settings → Privacy → Marketing Preferences. EEA and UK users may lodge complaints with local DPAs — see /en/privacy/gdpr. Turkish users: https://www.kvkk.gov.tr/. We respond within 30 days, free of charge.
